It's simple at eOrganicNursery.com. When you add a product to your shopping cart you will have the option to "Proceed to Checkout" or to "Continue Shopping". When you click "Checkout" simply fill in the requested information. You will be asked if you want us to remember your information. If you select "Yes" once the checkout process is complete your account information will be securely stored in our database. The next time you return to eOrganicNursery.com your name and address details will automatically appear.
Do I have to set up an account? TOP
You do not need to set up an account to place an order with eOrganicNursery.com, however if you do your customer inforamtion is securely stored on our database and you won't have to re-enter your details the next time you place an order. As an account holder you may also receive exclusive offers and discounts.
What are my payment options? TOP
eOrganicNursery.com accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and PayPal. You can also redeem any Gift Certificate, Store Credit or special discount mailed or e-mailed to you by entering the appropriate code when checking out.
When will my credit card by charged? TOP
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped.

How do I purchase a Gift Certificate? TOP
Not sure what to buy? A Gift Certificate makes a great gift and can be purchased simply by clicking on the "Gift Certificate" icon on the homepage. Just select the card with the desired dollar amount and from there it's the same checkout process as buying anything else on eOrganicNursery.com.
I have been given a Gift Certificate. How do I redeem it? TOP
It couldnt be easier -just choose the products you like and click on "Checkout" where you will be asked to enter your delivery details and the unique id and pin number that are on your Gift Certificate. A gift certificate is valid for all products on our site and it never expires.
Will I be taxed? TOP
We are required by law to charge Goods and Service Tax (GST) of 5% on all orders shipped to Canadian addresses. No sale taxes are applied to orders shipped outside of Canada. Please note that you may be liable to pay customs and duty charges.
