If you are unsatisfied with any portion of your purchase please return it within 14 days for an exchange or refund (less shipping).  Should an item be defective or arrive damaged we will also refund the shipping costs.

All returns/exchanges must be in original, unused, unwashed condition with original packaging.  Please include a short explanation of reason for return, your address, contact number and order number.

Special Mention For US Returns or Exchanges

Ship all returns Prepaid and Insured by United States Postal Service.

In order to try and avoid unnecessary delays, please write "Canadian Goods Returning" on the outside of the package. If there are any brokerage fees incurred these charges also will not be credited unless it was an error on our part.
